Yacht Charter Terms
These Yacht Charter Terms apply to all yacht charters arranged through Heavenly Yours Phuket. As each vessel is operated by an independent licensed charter company, certain operational procedures and safety requirements may vary depending on the yacht selected.
- Reservations: Confirmed on deposit and written confirmation, subject to vessel/crew availability.
- Weather & Itinerary: Departure and itinerary may change or be cancelled for safety, at the captain’s discretion.
- Captain’s Authority: The captain has final say on all safety and navigation matters; instructions must be followed.
- Passenger Capacity: Must not exceed the vessel’s licensed capacity.
- Food & Beverage: Advise dietary requirements and allergies in advance.
- Swimming & Water Activities: At your own risk; life jackets must be worn as instructed; children must be supervised.
- Damage & Conduct: Guests are liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse; illegal activity ends the charter without refund.
- Safety: All safety briefings and crew instructions must be followed.
