Villa Rental Terms
These Villa Rental Terms apply to all private villa reservations arranged through Heavenly Yours Phuket. As each property is independently owned and managed, additional villa-specific conditions may apply and will be communicated where relevant.
- Reservations: Confirmed on receipt of deposit and written confirmation.
- Security Deposit: Refundable deposit required for most villas; returned after check-out less any deductions.
- Check-in/Check-out: Standard times confirmed at booking; early/late arrival subject to availability and possible fee.
- Occupancy: Guest numbers must not exceed the confirmed maximum.
- Events & Parties: Require prior written approval and may incur extra fees.
- House Rules & Pets/Smoking: Villa-specific rules apply and will be shared at check-in; pets and indoor smoking only where expressly approved.
- Damage: Guests are liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear, deducted from the security deposit.
- Utilities & Facilities: We’re not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
- Complaints: Please report issues during your stay so we can resolve them in real time.
