Phuket Art Terms
These Phuket Art Terms apply to all private art tours, workshops, gallery visits, and artwork purchases arranged through Heavenly Yours Phuket. Certain artists, galleries, and studios may have their own policies, which will be communicated where applicable.
- Tours & Studio Visits: Subject to artist and gallery availability; itineraries are indicative.
- Purchases: Artwork sales are directly between you and the artist/gallery; HYP facilitates but isn’t party to the sale.
- Delivery & Shipping: Local delivery arranged where possible; you’re responsible for international shipping costs and customs unless agreed otherwise.
- Copyright: All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.
These terms should be read together with the Legal Information and General Booking Terms, which apply to all bookings made through Heavenly Yours Phuket.
