Medical Concierge Terms
These Medical Concierge Terms apply to all healthcare and wellness-related services coordinated by Heavenly Yours Phuket. As medical services are provided exclusively by independent licensed healthcare providers, Guests should carefully review this section before proceeding with any appointment or treatment.
- Our Role: We coordinate access to independent, licensed healthcare providers. HYP does not provide medical care, advice, or diagnosis.
- Provider Responsibility: All treatment is the responsibility of the third-party hospital, clinic, or practitioner you attend.
- No Medical Advice: Nothing from HYP constitutes medical advice or a treatment recommendation; consult your treating provider or own doctor.
- Outcomes: We make no warranty as to treatment outcomes or results.
- Insurance: Arrange appropriate travel/medical insurance before booking; HYP does not provide insurance.
- Records & Privacy: Medical information is shared with providers only with your consent.
