Experiences Terms
These Experience Terms apply to all private tours, activities, workshops, events, and classes arranged through Heavenly Yours Phuket. Certain experiences may have additional requirements or participation conditions, which will be communicated before confirmation.
- Reservations: Confirmed on booking and payment/deposit received.
- Outdoor Activities & Fitness: Undertaken at your own risk; disclose any relevant fitness or medical concerns in advance.
- Private Sessions & Children: Exclusive to your booked group; age suitability and supervision requirements vary by experience.
- Meeting Points & Late Arrival: Arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten the session with no fee reduction.
- No-show: Full fee is forfeited for no-shows without prior notice.
- Weather & Photography: Outdoor and photography experiences are subject to weather and access conditions; specific results aren’t guaranteed.
