These Concierge Services Terms apply to lifestyle and concierge services arranged on your behalf by Heavenly Yours Phuket. As many services are provided by carefully selected third-party partners, additional supplier-specific conditions may apply where relevant.

  • Requests: Subject to supplier availability; feasibility and cost confirmed before booking.
  • Transfers & Chauffeur: Provide accurate flight/itinerary details; extra stops or waiting time beyond the agreed allowance may incur charges.
  • Private Chef & Butler: Advise dietary needs in advance; scope of service agreed at booking.
  • Restaurant Reservations & Shopping: Subject to venue policy; guests cover the cost of items purchased through personal shopping.
  • Special Requests: We’ll use reasonable efforts but can’t guarantee every request.
