For Days Built Around the Activity
Some guests want the activity to be the reason for the day. These journeys are selected around a specific pursuit — climbing, diving, fishing or cycling — with the location and logistics arranged to support the experience rather than distract from it.

ON THE CLIFFS OF KOH PANYEE
Approach Koh Panyee from a completely different angle. Travel by longtail into Phang Nga Bay, then spend the day learning top-rope climbing and rappelling on limestone cliffs above the water, with the floating village forming part of the setting below.
Why This Journey
Rock climbing at Koh Panyee turns Phang Nga’s limestone from scenery into the activity itself. Guided technique and safety instruction make the route accessible to capable beginners as well as experienced climbers, while the combination of cliff, sea and village creates a setting unlike a standard Phuket activity.

Dan Pier; longtail to Koh Panyee; climbing cliffs; floating village lunch; prehistoric rock paintings on return

BENEATH THE ANDAMAN
Leave the surface behind on a private diving day designed for certified divers. Head from Chalong toward Racha Yai or Koh Doc Mai, with two dives selected around conditions and experience level to reveal reefs, rock formations and marine life below the Andaman.
Why This Journey
Private diving in Phuket gives experienced guests more control over pace, site choice and time in the water than a large shared day boat. Racha Yai offers generally accessible diving, while Koh Doc Mai can bring stronger currents and more demanding conditions for suitably experienced divers.

BEST SEASON
Racha Yai year-round; Koh Doc Mai generally strongest November–May

Chalong Pier; Racha Yai or Koh Doc Mai; 2 dive sites selected for conditions/experience

THE RACHA FISHING EXPERIENCE
Head south from Phuket for a full day on the Racha fishing grounds, where the journey moves between trolling areas, open water and sheltered bays. An experienced crew manages the boat and tackle while the day remains flexible enough for lunch, swimming or snorkelling.
Why This Journey
A private fishing trip around Koh Racha is as much about time offshore as the catch itself. Seasonal species, sea conditions and the chosen fishing method shape the day, while a private boat gives the crew more freedom to adjust the plan around your interests and conditions.

PHUKET BACKROAD CYCLING
Ride beyond Phuket’s main roads and spend a half day moving through forest edges, rubber plantations, village tracks and agricultural landscapes rarely seen from a car. The route combines mostly manageable terrain with off-road sections that add enough challenge to keep the ride active.
Why This Journey
Cycling slows Phuket down without making the day passive. Covering around 21 kilometres lets you move through countryside that is easy to miss between resorts, while off-road tracks, plantation roads and creek crossings give the ride a more physical character than a standard sightseeing tour.

Places to Discover

Koh Panyee
A Muslim fRacha Noishing community built largely on stilts beside a limestone island. On the climbing journey, the village forms part of the setting before the cliff session begins.

Racha Yai
One of Phuket’s established offshore areas for diving and fishing, with clear water, sheltered bays and surrounding reef and fishing grounds.

Racha Noi
Farther south and more exposed than Racha Yai, Racha Noi sits closer to deeper water and is known for offshore sport-fishing conditions.

Laem Sai Pier
The cycling route reaches the water here after forest, plantation and village tracks, connecting inland Phuket with its fishing communities and coastal landscape.
